Brick Street Capital is a professional real estate investment management company that has been investing in multifamily properties since 2018.

We target investment opportunities in secondary and tertiary markets experiencing urbanization and growth. Our investment focus is on multi-family real estate, including apartment buildings, student housing, and senior living.

Directed by a team of experienced professionals with broad experience in real estate investments, Brick Street currently manages 2100+ units totaling over $550m which we expect to double by the end of 2022. Brick Street Capital invests alongside our investor partners in each asset that we acquire. This policy reflects our core philosophy of treating partners’ capital with the same care as our own, and ensures all parties’ objectives remain aligned throughout a project’s lifespan. We are ambitious yet responsible to our investors and build long term value by investing in properties with sustainable performance.
