Nip Zalavadia
Nipul is a seasoned executive with extensive management & operational experience in scaling small to mid-sized companies across multiple disciplines. An entrepreneur at heart, Nipul has overseen operations of several franchises in the hospitality industry, as well as multifamily, and rental properties. Since Brick Street Capital’s inception in 2019, Nipul has served as its CEO and has led the acquisition of over $100M worth of multifamily assets in the Southeast US. With 20+ years of experience in technology & digital marketing, Nip has guided two companies to successful exits while maintaining a laser focus on growth through strategic partnerships as well as customer expansion and retention. Nip lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and two kids. He enjoys outdoor activities, travelling, and a glass of Pinot.
Alpesh Patel
Alpesh began his real estate career in 2003 as a single family home builder & land developer, later expanding into commercial and multifamily investment & property management. He has held a Virginia Class A General Contractor License since 2010 and Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License since 2009. Alpesh is a graduate of the Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in Alexandria, VA and the Daytona Beach, FL campus of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Following a passion for sustainable development and building science, Alpesh has held the National Association of Home Builders Certified Green Builder and GREEN Realtor Designation. Alpesh lives in Northern Virginia where he sometimes pretends to enjoy helping his wife decorate for holidays.
Nimesh Limbasia
Nimesh has over 10 years of experience in real estate Investments, Construction and Finance. He was previously a Managing Director at Formation Capital where he oversaw operations and business development of the company’s portfolio which included, apartment buildings, retail projects, private lending, a textile company, and coal mines. Nimesh was also responsible for origination and execution of new investments with a focus on Core and Value add Assets. In the last decade he has been involved in several multifamily projects. Nimesh role at BSC consists of origination and cap stack solutions. Nimesh, his wife and daughter are avid England & Chelsea fans.
Sut Zalavadia
Satish has extensive technology background where his responsibilities include core analytics and financial reporting functions. Has experience in strategic design, formation, investment, and operations of all asset classes of which many include real estate investment and financial services funds. With his analytics background, he has extensive experience in property valuation and acquisitions. At Brick Street Capital, Satish’s responsibilities include equipping the business with analytics and intelligence around core assets to make informed decisions. He specializes in his role in the acquisition and management of commercial real estate and is currently overseeing the accounting/financial reporting functions of the Company. Satish graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2006 with a Master of Science in Management of Information Systems and loves to play golf in his spare time.
Hitesh 'Nick' Patel
Nick is a Wall Street veteran who began his career as a private client banker . He migrated to Atlanta over 20 years ago where he began his entrepreneurial journey. Over the past 20 years, Nick has built and continues to operate a portfolio of Georgia based commercial real estate assets . In addition, his entrepreneurial journey has also granted him international business experience in creating two unique import and export businesses between Dubai, India, and the US. Nick has a deep knowledge of the south east region which will allow us to expand our operations in the region.
